Pilot program · 5 spots

We're choosing five pilot schools.

Dismissal is in pre-launch. Before we publish a price, we're running with a small cohort of pilot schools whose feedback shapes the product. Five spots, one semester each. If you'd like one of them, the pilot page has the details.

What's included

The full product, end to end.

Pilot schools run exactly what production schools will run. Nothing is held back behind a paid tier.

QR check-in at the curb

A printed sign at the carline, live cards on the staff app, and the staff release workflow. The parent scans from their own phone — there is nothing to install at the curb.

Family & guardian roster

Unlimited guardians, approved adults, and emergency contacts per student.

Audit log & exports

Every release signed and time-stamped, CSV-exportable, retained per your district's policy.

SIS integration

CSV import, Infinite Campus, and PowerSchool. Re-syncs on the schedule you set; family relationships preserved.

Offline failover

The staff device runs on the last synced roster if the network drops. Pickup continues without interruption.

Support from a person

privacy@, security@, and accessibility@ are monitored by people. Replies within one business day.

K-12 procurement

Procurement requirements.

Student-data privacy & audits

Our complete posture — student-data frameworks, audit status, and retention windows — is published on the trust center and in the privacy policy.

SDPC NDPA-ready

We sign the SDPC National Data Privacy Agreement. State-specific addenda (NY 2-d, CA SOPIPA, IL SOPPA, TX § 32.151) executed on request.

WCAG 2.2 AA

Conforming today, with an automated regression suite gating every code change. Full accessibility statement available.

Common questions

Common questions.

How many pilot spots are open?

Five, total. We're keeping the cohort small so we can be deeply responsive to each school's feedback.

What does the pilot cost?

We're still finalising the commercial model and will share it before any pilot renews. The pilot itself is structured around feedback, not a procurement decision.

What about hardware?

There isn’t any. Pickup runs on a printed QR sign at the curb and the phones your staff and families already carry — nothing to buy, install, power, or mount.

How long is a pilot?

One campus, one semester. Long enough to cover real weather, staff changes, and late buses; short enough to evaluate without a long commitment.

What do you ask of pilot schools?

A point of contact, a roster export, and one short training session. In return, we ask for honest feedback as you use the product.

Where do I start?

The pilot page walks through scope, commitments, and how to reach us.
