For parents and guardians

Pickup, in under a minute.

Your school chose Dismissal to make pickup faster. Here's what it looks like at the curb, and what we keep about your family.

How it works

Three steps, from your car.

  • 1. Drive up

Approach the pickup zone the way you always have. A camera at the curb reads your plate.

  • 2. The office sees you

Your child's name and photo appear on the staff's screen with yours next to it.

  • 3. One tap, you're released

A staff member confirms the release. Your child walks out. Average time at the curb is under a minute.

Privacy

What we keep.

We keep the plate you registered, the family you belong to, and the time-stamped record of each pickup for as long as your school uses Dismissal — the retention period is set by your district’s contract, and kept longer only where state law requires. We don’t record video or store faces — the plate image itself is deleted within a day of capture. Your data is never sold or shared with marketing partners. Full details on the trust page.

If something looks wrong, contact your school's front office. They can fix a missing student, the wrong vehicle on file, or a guardian who needs to be added. Updates apply directly to your account.
